First time purchasing trees or live plants online so I have no comparable experiences but I do know that the chestnut trees I ordered arrived right on schedule and didn't even have a dead leaf in the box. Moved trees to 10 inch pots w miracle grow garden soil for about 5 days till we could transplant them in their permanent residence on our 80 acre hunting property in Southern Indiana. None of the 6 trees even dropped a leaf from receipt til planting. Thanks Nativ wish you'd send me a windows decal for my truck online store says not available pictures are right after unboxing and a curious buck staring at tube 3 hours after planting.

Trees arrived well packed and looking good. Got all 18 planted the day I received them and seem to be doing well. On a different note, I had another order of chestnut trees on order for a later delivery . After planning my first order I realized I wasn't going to have space for my second order. A call to native nursery ( and yeah you talk to a live person, from this country no doubt) my order was cancelled and my money was refunded right away... These guys are top notch , but I never expected any less 👍
I ordered 6 chestnut trees , 5 of those trees had leaves on them and the other one had no leaves. Hope it makes it! Other than that, they appeared to be healthy
